Responsibilities - Apply installation practices and accepted measurement techniques to install windows and doors for every fenestration. - Ensure all projects have been sold in a manner commensurate with company policies and financial objectives. - Determine workflow, project complexity, and identification of appropriate skills necessary to complete a project. - Provide complete installation methods and material estimates for jobs, ensuring each job meets financial, construction, and manufacturing standards. - Processing of project related paperwork and other administrative duties, including EPA lead safe work practice documentation. - Other job duties as assigned. Qualifications - 5-7 years of experience in construction project management. - Ability to work independently. - Strong mathematical skills. - Excellent communication skills for handling customer conflicts. - Ability to organize and prioritize tasks at hand. - Ability to travel within location territory. - Valid US driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
