ProConnect is the Inside Sales Centre (ISC) and beginning of the customer journey through our Renewal by Andersen (RbA) window and door replacement companies. This call centre maximizes opportunities for our sales reps AND makes a positive “connection” with our customers.
Job Details
Your core responsibility is to book appointments with prospective customers through both inbound and outbound calls. This includes answering questions, overcoming objections, making a human connection, and gaining commitments that ensure a quality sales appointment. Top performers will maximize the potential of calls with excellent phone sales skills, efficient activity, and providing a warm experience for prospects.
