Mr. Rogers Windows is hiring motivated Residential Window & Door Installers who want steady work, strong pay, and clear opportunities to grow. What We Offer $20 - $25 per hour to start (growth opportunities available) Monthly bonus potential: $800 - $1,000 Time-and-a-half overtime (available, not required) Year-round, full-time work Career advancement and leadership opportunities Paid training and industry certifications Job Responsibilities Install residential windows and doors to company standards Work with a Crew Leader to maintain clean and safe job sites Organize tools, equipment, and company trucks Follow safety guidelines and installation procedures Complete daily tasks as directed by the Installation Manager Qualifications 1+ year carpentry or residential remodeling experience Window installation experience is a plus, not required Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools Metal brake experience is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Benefits Medical, dental, vision & life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Profit sharing Uniforms provided Footwear reimbursement Company truck to job sites Earn EPA Lead Safety Certification Become an Andersen Certified Master Installer If you’re ready to build a long-term career where your skills are valued, apply today
