WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | THE ROLE · Visit with our customers, in their homes, to consult and identify the product that will fit their needs · Incorporate tools, training and sales methodology to create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services · Utilize industry leading product samples, support and technology to assist with the customers to offer our replacement services · Central NC won Sales Leadership of the Year, which is recognized nationally! · Our Project Consultants on average are closing anywhere from 35-45% · Leads are provided for you, no cold calling and no door to door selling! · 4 weeks of paid training SKILLS · 1-2 years of proven in-home or outside sales experience · A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations · Self-motivation · iPad and computer skills License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) • Vehicle insurance (Required) THE RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN Renewal by Andersen is the full-service window-replacement division of 115-year-old Andersen Corporation, the owner of the most trusted family of window brands in America.
