Job Summary: The Concierge role will provide Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. They will partner with the management team to provide customized level of communication with every homeowner. Duties/Responsibilities: * Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner * Control and manage timeline with homeowner * Work with the Production Manager to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs or jobs in progress * Conduct service assessment and warranty inquiries * Follow up with homeowner’s post install * Send surveys and request reviews Required Skills/Abilities: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. * Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail. * Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing. * Ability to work independently. Education and Experience: * Associates degree preferred; High school diploma required * 1-3 years of experience in customer service role preferred Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
