 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
	· The purpose and responsibilities of a Permit Processor are to ensure that all homes that require permits for our work are obtained in a timely manner.  
	· A candidate would need to understand requirements for various ordinances and ensure we have permit in-hand prior to installation day as well as ensuring that we schedule and pass any inspections upon completion of work.
	· Review daily sales for jobs that require permits
	· Ensure jobs are sold to meet requirements of ordinance and permit requirements
	· Prepare and submit permit applications
	· Pick up and pay for permits as needed
	· Ensure required paperwork is posted at job site during work
	· Schedule inspections for work as needed
	· Communicate as necessary with Production and Operations Manager regarding failed inspections, requirements, etc.
 
 SKILLS:
	· General understanding of day-to-day construction site operations
	· 2 years Administration experience, Customer Service
	· Proficient computer skills: MS Office, Excel
	· Detail-oriented, multi-tasking
