Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners. As a window and door installer for our team this is a great business opportunity to be a part of a leader in the industry! Qualifications: · Have a minimum 3 years of experience installing residential replacement windows and doors. · Must have a valid driver’s license and own truck/trailer, cube van or sprinter to transport material. · Own a metal brake and tools to perform window/door installations. · 3+ years experience bending aluminum. · 3+ years of capping experience. · Must be fully insured and provide myCOI. · WHMIS & Working at Heights certification. · Must possess a high degree of organizational and time management skills. · Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and customer service skills required. Compensation & Benefits: · Average pay for a 2-3 person crew $100,000-$150,000 per year*, paid weekly · Year-round work, Monday-Friday, to keep you busy even in the winter months (no weekends!) · Job materials and dumpsters are provided to complete the installation at no cost to you · Devoted managers are on staff to assist you in a smooth project completion *Pay varies based on volume and work completed*
