Renewal Cares
The strength of Renewal by Andersen is our people: from the top to the bottom, our employees have a passion for the business, care deeply for the organization, and are empowered to make a difference—not just at work, but in their communities, as well. It isn’t just a single cause or a one-time donation here or there—Renewal by Andersen locations are truly adopting and investing in their communities, all year long, all across the country.

Renewal Gives Back

  • Renewal by Andersen of Greater Maine found a unique way to pay it forward and be Difference Makers by finding a way to give back to their own team members AND the community. Double giveback!
  • JDPower award 2023This is the fourth consecutive J.D. Power recognition for Renewal by Andersen. It also makes Renewal by Andersen the Most Awarded for Customer Satisfaction among Window and Patio Door Manufacturer Brands according to J.D. Power, something we are truly humbled by. We are also excited to announce that we achieved the highest score in the "Appearance and Design Features" individual factor for the Manufacturer category. Thanks and appreciation to all of our homeowners out there! We will continue to strive to help you make your window project the best home improvement project experience you've ever had.
  • Over the years, we’ve highlighted several family teams…most recently some family installation teams, which we showcased in March to celebrate Women in Construction. This June, we thought we’d give a nod to Father’s Day and showcase a few of our father-son duos working in the Renewal network.
  • Great Place to Work by NewsweekThe Newsweek Greatest Workplaces ranking recognizes the greatest workplaces overall, by state, and based on their performance in the following areas: empowerment of women, promotion of veterans, development of entry-level employees and support for LGBTQ associates.
  • Renewal by Andersen of the Capital Region honors military family with special donation Valance Scott is from a military family: her husband served in the Vietnam War, and her son Robert, was severely injured while fighting in Iraq. Her experience--including nearly losing her son--is a story she talks about frequently to groups. When she visited the sales team at RbA of Capital Region to speak from her heart about the importance of Veterans Day, the team was tremendously moved and took action.
