Sergio poured his heart and soul into making things right with my windows. RBA made a promise to me, that they would work with me until I was satisfied. I held them to that promise, but it was Sergio who came to my house 4 or 5 times. The last time he stayed until he saw a smile on my face and I was able to tell him that I was satisfied. Sergio fulfilled the RBA promise today. Thank you Sergio. Now let’s see how these overpriced windows hold up. More to follow as time goes on.

June 4, 2026 Because our living room window project last year was such a great success we decided to take advantage of the May 2026 promotion and replace all operable double hung circa 1957 windows & storm windows with RBA’s new beautiful gliding windows. Our sales person Rob G promptly took care of our order and a short 30 days later our project is complete! This entire process from order, measure, schedule, to the completed installation went perfectly. The installation crew, Maderson & Emilio, arrived promptly at 8 am.. they worked with experienced precision and left not one stone unturned and the entire work area spotless! Thank you so very much for a project well done! We will be calling on RBA Atlanta and Rob again! Very courteous and professional personnel insured a perfect installation of our new living room window. The entire process went very well and exceeded expectations as the window is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Thank you Renewal by Andersen!

UPDATE: 6/2/26 We needed a few repairs to our previously installed windows. Jose did the repair work. He deserves 5 stars for his service! He was prompt, very professional, extremely thorough and constantly communicated what he encountered. He checked every window and did repairs and/or touch ups as necessary. We highly recommend Renewal by Anderson. We love our new windows. Scott, our sales rep was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. The installers did a fantastic job.
