Inside Renewal by Andersen's Full-Service Replacement Process

Step 1: In-Home Design Consultation

It all begins with a free consultation in the comfort of your own home. One of our design consultants will take measurements, listen to your goals, and guide you through style and material options that fit your budget and your home.

Why is the individual design consultation so important?

Our consultant meets with you at home to discuss needs, explore options, and provide personalized pricing, helping you decide what's best for your home and budget.

Step 2: Custom Crafted Windows and Doors

Every Renewal by Andersen window and door is built to order—not pulled from a shelf. That means a perfect fit for your home. An Install Project Manager takes precise measurements to make sure each window will be custom made to fit the exact opening in the wall. Those measurements are then sent to our manufacturing facility to be built.

Our Acclaim windows® are crafted with our exclusive Fibrex® material, a composite that combines the strength and durability of wood with the low-maintenance benefits of vinyl.

What is Fibrex® material?

Fibrex® composite material is made from reclaimed wood fiber and polymer, designed to last for decades without warping, rotting, or requiring constant upkeep.

Step 3: Professional Installation by Certified Master Installers

When it’s time for installation, you can count on our Certified Master Installers. They’ll remove and dispose of your old windows and doors, install the new ones with precision, and clean up before leaving—so the only thing you’ll notice is how much better your home looks and feels.

What makes your installers the best in the business?

Our installers are proud of the work they do and the products they install, and they’re dedicated to working with individual homeowners and going the extra mile whenever necessary. Here’s what you can expect to happen on installation day.

Step 4: Ongoing Support and Warranty Coverage

Our commitment doesn’t end once the work is done. Renewal by Andersen offers one of the strongest warranties in the industry, covering product, glass, and installation. That means you can feel confident in your investment long after the job is complete.

What does the limited warranty cover?

Our industry-leading limited warranty covers the glass, the frame and hardware, and the installation, so you’re supported for years to come.
