Andersen® A-Series Sliding/Gliding Patio Door

If you’re looking for our best overall sliding patio door, this is it.

Our top-of-the-line Andersen® A-Series replacement patio doors provide you with authentic architectural style and offer all of the options you need to create the look you’ve been dreaming of.

We use engineered lumber and our own Fibrex® material to build high performing, highly energy-efficient patio doors that give you true peace of mind.

Choose an ultra-sleek modern panel with narrow rails and flush hardware for a clean and contemporary look, or go with a traditional panel (shown here) for a classic feel that can match more historic architecture. Either way, you’ll be getting a premium patio door with plenty of color and size options to fit your home.

A-Series replacement patio doors feature premium hardware and a fiberglass exterior for low-maintenance. Inside, your wood interiors are available in pine, maple, vertical-grain Douglas fir, oak, mahogany** and cherry. Doors are available prefinished or unfinished. All prefinished interiors use water-based paints and stains.

A-Series doors are also available in a hinged configuration—including outswing versions, if you prefer a hinged French door, but still want to save internal floor space.

**Actual wood species is either Sapele or Sipo, both non-endangered species grown in Africa, with color and characteristics similar to Central American mahoganies.
