I had Anderson Windows repairman (Patrick) out to replace a few window seals and he did an outstanding job. His workmanship was super high quality along with being very thorough with checking all windows that we had previously replaced (19). I can't say enough good things about the Anderson experience that we had with our door installations. Sergio came out and rekey the locks on our doors. He wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied and that I checked all of his work before he left. ---- The installation on the doors was perfect. We have a 70+ year old home. The doors had to be custom made since they were a non standard height. And, the screen door hinges jutted out and into the metal sliding. When they finished everything looked just perfect. Anderson greatly exceeded our expectations.

They were about four+ times as expensive as I expected when they gave me the quote. I politely asked them to leave. Anybody that says they would charge you $25,000 to replace the front door has got to be out of the minds!! No way guys!!

Had interaction today with Sergio when we had a warranty repair. Great job! Communicated well, came at time promised, very careful with work, and there to ensure job was done well. Thank you! Update on a new service call - bad storm came through and pine limb hit one of our windows - only 3 years old - damaged the frame. Called Anderson and had INCREDIBLE experience. Sent pictures, had a call, estimate for repair sent, agreement to order done, and less than one week later repair done! And you would NEVER know! Team was incredible. Love the use of texting and then personal calls - made process seamless. I can not praise our experience. While hope I never need another repair from a storm - it is SOOOOO nice knowing you have a company that treats you well even after the big job is done.

JOSHUA CALLED ON HIS WAY AND WAS RIGHT ON TIME. HE WAS EXTREMELY NICE AND WELL-MANNERED. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND HAD US CHECK HIS WORK.
