I just had a pleasant visit from a young man from Georgia, Leo. I'm a contractor, so not interested in your services, but enjoyed my visit with Leo. Door to door is tough. He was a fine representation and I hope he's successful in this venture. I didn't sign up for a consultation, but he deserves a perk, and at least this shoutout.

This is the second great experience I have had on my front door purchase. Jason Wilson was not only on time he was early (doesn't happen much) very thorough and friendly. Thanks Jason!!

The process was seamless from beginning to end. Everything was on schedule. The installers, Nate & Jordan (Three Nails Contracting) were fantastic. Always on time. Very detailed and meticulous. Clean-up was excellent. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Everyone at Andersen was very professional. I am very pleased.

Renewal by Andersen continues to solicit at my home, after numerous requests to remove us from their list. The salespeople are pushy and rude. Their prices are ridiculous. I will never do business with them, and I will actively tell others to avoid them. I will be looking into legal action over their continued trespass on my property.

Andersen replaced over 20 windows in our home. The engineering and manufacturing quality of the windows is certainly very high, the improvement over the vinyl windows that were replaced is a quantum step. The improved UV and solar performance of the windows is also immediately apparent. The crew (Cody B., Caleb S., Cole W., Stephen A., and Miquel L.) were extremely polite and efficient. They were very responsive to any extra request we had and even tolerated our overly social dog. They made the installation process as quick and painless as possible when all the windows in a house are being replaced. The primary critique we have would seem to be with the process for designating sash sizes. Four large windows that originally had 1/3 sashes (and were expected to be replaced with an equivalent) had the sash reduced by 3" and actual window opening decreased by almost 50% (from 21" to 12"). My impression is that the communication issues that created this problem starts with the long presentation and sales pressure tactics that Andersen employs (and is the primary online complaint). And in the later walk through to confirm the window choices we were again given the impression that the replacement windows would be equivalent sash sizes. Note that we are currently in discussions with Andersen about a possible resolution. I feel this could have been avoided if Andersen would have a showroom with examples of various windows. The capability to view the product in person would help to avoid such problems. Note that your website gives the impression that such a showroom exists. We visited the address hoping to view the product prior to buying; the folks manning the phone banks were a bit surprised to see me stroll in. We also visited the Pella showroom that same day, at the end of the day we were more impressed with Pella than Andersen. This is unfortunate since I believe that Andersen builds a superior product. The superior quality of the product will sell itself, it is the primary reason we went with Andersen. A showroom that highlighted this quality would help justify the higher cost of the Andersen windows. Overall the experience with Andersen has been positive. They offer a high quality window and expedited installation process. The install crew were polite and efficient. The pressure sales presentation was uncomfortable; the miscommunication on the sash size was disappointing.
