We had Renewal by Anderson replace two windows. The entire experience was very professional and we are very happy with the product, service, and installation. The installers, Drake B. and Derek L., were efficient and did an excellent job. Everything about the installation, windows, documentation, was well explained. The cost for the windows and installation is on the high side, but the product is made to a very high standard and the company is reputable. Their warranty is excellent and while we hope that we don’t have a problem, we feel confident that any issue will be taken care of.

Start to finish of installations: entry & storm doors and large kitchen sink windiow included patient, clear homeowner explanations on process, materials, and maintanence, cleanup, and great people silks.

Austin and Grant showed up on time for our appointed time. They went right to work laying out runners and tarps to protect our floors. They covered the windows with plastic on the inside to prevent dust and debris from coming in. Then went right to work on taking out the old windows, then installing the new ones. We had 5 windows replaced. They did a very professional job. They were pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed having them here at would like to have them come back if we decide to do more later. We are very impressed with the quality of the windows and they look really nice.

Andersen Windows just did a full bait and switch on me. When I was sold the windows, I was told that they were guaranteed for 20 years, no questions asked. When we had a chip appear on a window, they said it was an act of God and they would not fix it. Very different message from what the salesperson sold me. The Customer Care person did not seem to care that what I was sold and what she was telling me did not align.

The Install project manager Jason Wilson was great to work with today. He called before he showed up. He made sure my dog was safe and wouldn't run out. His attention to all the details was perfect. Super nice guy and I felt that he really cared and knew what he was doing. Very Professional! Thank you Jason!!
