The workers came on time. Took care to protect any of my personal belongings in the room where the work was to begin. There were very meticulous. They were very courteous. At the end of the install, I was walk-through how to operate the windows and what to do what not to do. I am very, very pleased with the outcome and the windows are beautiful. Yes, they were expensive, But I wouldn’t put anything else. My dad was a builder back in the 60s and 70s and he always used Anderson Windows. He used nothing but the best and so shall I. I would definitely do more windows in my home in the near future. I highly recommend Renewal By Andersen.

Replaced casement windows with a bay and had 2 storm doors installed. It seemed like a daunting task but Pedro and Thomas made it seem easy to me. Very accommodating, personable, hard working and wanted to please. Bay window installation was accomplished in one day, 8AM till 7 PM. They worked tirelessly. The cleanup after was exceptional. For any further work I would request Pedro and Thomas without hesitation. The did excellent work!

I am extremely disappointed with Renewal by Andersen and would not recommend this company based on our experience. We replaced all the windows in our home because the previous ones were leaking. Based on the salesperson’s assurances of superior quality and durability, we purchased Renewal by Andersen’s high-end products at a premium price. The installation was completed around Memorial Day 2026. Immediately afterward, we noticed loud metallic vibration sounds whenever the windows were opened or closed. The grilles between the panes of glass in the large windows and patio doors also rattle loudly and appear to be loose. We reported these defects repeatedly. Renewal by Andersen sent inspection crews more than four times, yet the company failed to provide an effective repair, a clear explanation, or a satisfactory resolution. Eventually, on Aug.31 2026, a technician added a small piece of foam to reduce the noise. We were then informed that our request to repair or replace the defective windows and doors had been denied and that we were expected to accept them in their current condition. This outcome is unacceptable. We paid a premium price for high-quality windows and doors, not defective products, temporary foam patches, inadequate communication, and months of unresolved frustration. Renewal by Andersen has failed to address the problems appropriately, and I cannot recommend the company.
