Sheldon came for our in-home consultation in Kelowna and he was fantastic! Real nice guy, and very informative. Mike came to our house to do the measurements for our new windows and door, and he was great. Explained everything clearly as he worked and was very personable. Straight up, solid dude! Alex and Pavlo were our install team, and they were excellent! They did an amazing job, we couldn't be happier with the whole process!

Had Renewal by Anderson come by to talk. Tray Grenon showed up, I have to say I was skeptical at the beginning, Tray helped my Wife and Myself see the benefits of working with Renewal by Anderson. Tray explained everything about the process. The price quoted was reasonable for the requested work. I would highly recommend Tray if you need new windows and doors. Tried to get this company over to my house for an estimate to put in a fir front door, And an indoor outdoor living room slider and was prepared to pay big money. Had to listen to some big spiel on the phone about customer service, The person that I spoke to on the phone I could barely understand. They made an appointment and then later I got a message saying they couldn’t make it. I then made another appointment for the following day as per their selection, Then once again, I had a follow up from them saying they had the dates wrong and they can’t make that and try to push it onto the third appointment. If they can’t even make a simple appointment, I have zero doubts of them showing up to do work and do it well. After all the radio ads and the flyers in your mailbox, it sounds like it’s just another pyramid scheme. Save yourself the hassle and move along to a local company

Just had our front door replaced by Renewal by Andersen. Not only were the guys (Roma and Igor) professional, polite and incredibly knowledgeable. Their work ethic is beyond reproach. The service is one thing but the quality of the product is also fantastic. I can’t tell you how pleased we are with every aspect of this endeavour.
