I had a really good experience with the consultant from Renewal by Andersen. He took the time to explain everything about the windows, brought out different window frame samples, showed me the materials and how they’re made, and even used a heat lamp to demonstrate how the windows handle heat. He also explained how the gas inside the windows works and why it helps with insulation. I honestly didn’t know much about windows before he came, but by the time he left I felt like I understood a lot. He was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, flexible, and most importantly he wasn’t pushy or trying to pressure me into buying anything. Really good experience and I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking into replacing your windows.

We decided to upgrade our 3 very tiny bedroom windows (when I say tiny I mean tiny). We upgraded 2 into much larger windows and another we transitioned into a sliding door (after converting a smaller roof into a patio). Before the work I was hesitant because I didn’t want to deal with more invasive construction but the whole process was easy. Nick helped me with the preparation and Omar and his team did a fantastic job on install day. I could not be happier with how much light and view I have compared to before.
