Junior and his crew were very considerate, courteous, and professional. The crew was very attentive to little details in order to complete the work professionally and to my satisfaction. Minor details are still to be completed but I am very happy with the work and the look of my windows and doors.

Unwelcome solicitation. Rude, pushy, and trying to impress us with data gathered from public records like name of owners and age of home. Moreover, walking down our 100 yard driveway after 5:30 PM on a beautiful summer afternoon while me and my family are trying to enjoy a swim. How is that acceptable. I will NEVER NEVER use Renewal by Andersen or recommend to anyone. Horrible. Spent your millions on TV advertising. If we need a window, your name is out there. But, don't try to use pressure tactic sales at the end of the day when we're trying to relax, or prepare dinner, or get our kinds ready. Lastly whey would I want to use your window inserts that don't match my casement profile. I have 50 windows. Why would I want to screw up the architectural aesthetic looks of our home with mismatch profiles. When I need a sash, door, or window replacement I go into a speciality store.

Our installers, Igor and Andrew, were terrific! They went above and beyond, putting in a long shift to ensure the project was completed in a single day (not including the painting). It was a challenging project that they handled very successfully.
