I had a very nice experience with the installation of my new sliding door and window. The contractors took all the precautions for a safe work environment and when all the work was finished the work area was adequately cleaned. They did a wonderful job and I love it!!

I wouldn’t recommend. I’m very disappointed with the windows and the French door keeps having issues. The installers/maintenance staff are super friendly though. It also takes a few weeks for them to come fix issues. Updated 1/9/26 The door they installed still has issues. The rubber gasket/weather strip needs to be replaced for the third time and the door knob still wont stay together. I requested service on 12/2/26 and scheduled a service visit on 1/9/26. The service visit on 1/9/26 was ‘dropped’ for some reason. I had to call to find out why no one was showing on the day of the appointment. The next available appointment was 2/3/26.

Ivan was great. He was very professional, calling well in advance to give me an ETA, which I appreciated. He worked quickly and efficiently, showing me the adjustment he made. Lastly, Ivan was very personable and pleasant!

Renewal by Anderson performed a warranty repair on the closing mechanism for a casement window in my home. Not a major item, but quite important to my wife and I. Our technician, Edward, was meticulous and efficient in restoring our casement window to full operability. Outstanding customer service. Well done!
