My estimate was conducted 9/17/26. It started off well. Matt L. was on time. He was professional throughout. He explained the pros and cons of my concerns in a format that was understood. I regret not having work done by RBA from the start. I highly recommended!d

The windows are pricey, but were assembled and installed ahead of schedule. They are high quality, look great and my lead installer informed me they would not only save energy, but will aid in sound insulation as well.

This is specifically about Chris, the installer. He was amazing, polite, patient and above all incredibly skilled. I have been dealing with a ton of contractors this year and Chros is by far the best. Overall, I give the whole experience with Renewal 4 stars, only because of a paperwork error an office person made that caused a little confusion, but Chris, being an absolute pro, fixed the problem on the fly and dis a great job.
