The install team, led by Mr. Luis Quiroz, and including Natalie, Ricardo and Richie, did a fantastic job and are welcome in my home anytime. Luis and his team displayed the utmost professionalism, courtesy and respect throughout every interaction with them. The quality of their work is excellent and they took great care to protect my home and belongings from any damage that might otherwise occur during any construction type project. Additionally, they took great care to finish the job at a very high standard, cleaning the windows inside and out, caulking all seems or even the smallest gaps and sweeping, vacuuming and cleaning up any sawdust or debris produced by their work. Their character is beyond reproach and I give them all my highest recommendation. Luis and Natalie are whom I interacted with most and I can’t say how much I appreciated their candor and straightforward communication. I felt at ease speaking with them and never, not for an instant, did I detect a lack of honesty or integrity. They are all clearly good, honest, hard working professionals and they made it very easy to feel comfortable with them in my home…. And I can tell you that that AIN’T EASY! If I had my own business, I would hire them away from RBA in a heartbeat. Thank you Luis, Natalie, Ricardo and Richie for a great install experience and a job super well done! The window replacement installation by Tyler and crew (Jim, Will, Cooper) was awesome, from start to finish!

It all started well, the reason to change the windows and the balcony door in the bedroom was exclusively to reduce the street noise level due to car traffic. The commercial guy told me at least 70% reduction in the noise level . We installed these expensive door and windows and bitter disappointment , the noise reduction maybe 30 to 40% max , not enough to make a clear difference in my sleep quality . Not sure if the commercial guy lied or if the installation is not good . I would not recommend this company.

The Windows are great. The installation crew (Team Bates - Tyler, Jim, Will and Cooper) was the best installation crew we ever had. They were very conscientious and courteous. They covered everything up and cleaned up their work area after they were finished. They went in great detail in the operation and maintenance of the windows. Definitely RECOMMEND: A++++. If you purchase Renewal by Andersen windows, ask for Team Bates to do the installation.

I had 11 windows replaced by Renewal by Andersen with Luis Quiroz crew. They were at my house 2 days. Luis and his crew were great to work with…communication was very good, they showed up on time, were very polite and they cleaned up after each window replacement. They also showed great respect for my home by covering furniture, laying drop cloths on floors and covering light fixtures. The windows are beautiful and add so much to my home! Thank you Luis and crew.

Fernando and his team were amazing and very efficient with the whole job. Cleaned up everything and inspected to make sure everything was complete. Overall experience was great and would recommend them to other people. Diego and his team were also very efficient and friendly when they came to do the other double pane doors. Would 100% recommend this company.

Storm construction installed our new Anderson front door. Great experience. They arrived on time, were efficient and professional. Explained everything about the installation to us. Great job cleaning up when finished. We ever pleased.

We had a great experience with Renewal by Anderson on our installation day. Diego arrived with his team on time and was very pleasant and professional. They did a great job covering up the floor and furniture in our house to keep it tidy during installation and it was cleaned up both inside and outside before they left to my satisfaction. Diego showed me how to use the window and had me take a look at the windows to be sure they were installed well before he left. I appreciated that they had attention to detail and a high standard for correct and aesthetic installation. They spent longer and multiple tries perfecting one of our windows. We are impressed with the quality of windows installed and have felt a drastic change in the efficiency of the windows keeping the cold out, just in time for our first snow of the year. We can place our hand in front of the glass and you do not feel the cold emanating from the window. It’s wonderful. Diego was wonderful, and great to work with. Would recommend.
