From start to finish this was hands down the easiest process. Started with the first visit, window measurments, customer care, and we were kept informed of the delivery and installation. Then last but not least the installation. Fernando and his crew we by far the most professional crew we have ever worked with I can't say enough good things about Fernando crew they were mistake free and if you didnt know windows and doors had just been installed you wouldn't know they were here. I had the pleasure of working with Emily Johnson, and she was absolutely excellent. Emily was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. She clearly knows her information well and represented Renewal by Andersen with professionalism and care. Although I was unable to move forward at this time, my decision had nothing to do with her performance — in fact, my feelings were genuinely hurt that I couldn’t proceed because she did such an outstanding job. Emily went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate her time, expertise, and kindness throughout the process.
