I recently had my windows replaced and wanted to share my experience. From the very beginning, I was impressed with the salesperson from Anderson Windows. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product and offered many recommendations that ultimately lowered the cost of my window project. Throughout the process, I was kept well-informed about the manufacturing stages of the windows. When the windows were ready for shipment and installation, I received timely updates about the installation team's availability. The installation team arrived punctually, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean work area throughout the process. The new windows have already made a significant difference in quality, appearance, performance, noise reduction, and energy efficiency. I find myself appreciating the excellent workmanship and quality of my new windows throughout my home. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the product and the installation. If you are considering window replacement, this has been a valuable upgrade for my home. I highly recommend Anderson Windows for any window replacement projects.

The Anderson install team was fabulous and supervised by Enrique. They left the house spotless inside and out. The product was fully explained and demonstrated. What a great decision to go with Anderson Renewal if Garner. Our renovation is now complete.

New picture window rattles loudly every time a door is opened or closed. My old windows were 20 years old and it NEVER RATTLED! Customer service says, the loud rattle is normal.

Two days of focused work to do a full home window replacement would not have been possible without end-to-end superior performance by all of the Renewal by Andersen teams. Brian Porter’s excellent product and design knowledge, plus his attention to detail planning the installation provided the Bates Team what they needed to execute the installation perfectly. I was genuinely impressed by the team’s professionalism, organization and the pride they had in the Andersen product and their expert ability to install it. The team arrived on time and went about their work in such a positive and upbeat manner as well. It was a joy to watch them get it done with a smile. At the end they left me a clean house and the team lead executed a well-organized close out, taking his time to ensure I was comfortable with the product operation, installation and warranty. Renewal by Andersen may be a bit more expensive but my windows are beyond beautiful a my experience with the various teams representing the company was a pleasure.
