Oh wow, let me first say I am a picky SOB. My install was scheduled for 2 days, I didn't feel given the process required, 2 days was enough. Lois Quiroz and his crew showed up ready to work. They came with two trailers loaded with the equipment, seven techs, the door and all the windows necessary to get down to business and get down to business they did. The crew worked together seamlessly as everyone knew exactly what to do with hardly any direction. The tarps went down, the plastic went up, and the process of cutting out my 40 year old aluminum began. The windows and door fit perfectly and trimmed out beautifully. They even went above and beyond by fabricating a special trim. They keep their work areas clean and vacuumed. When finished, the entire crew joined in on the cleanup and policed my home inside and out. The quality of their work was excellent and I am still awestruck as I look at our NEW windows. Lois and his crew are top notch. I can see also why Windows by Andersen is the best. First class from our initial sales visit, the measuring, fabrication, and installation plus contact on the progress right up to installation, including one email the was headed Tomorrow is Installation Day!. I actually had a 2 day break from my pickiness. Thanks Windows by Andersen, a little more painting and I ready to show them off!
