I was looking forward to the windows, but dreading having the house torn up for a day. Was I wrong! Tyler Shimer and his team were professional, polite and knowledgeable---everything anyone could ask for. They explained everything they were doing, showed me how to operate the windows and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen---especially if anyone is fortunate enough to be served by Tyler and his team.

Just got here to make a delivery and the guy I talk to was very nice and asked me if I was backing into the dock and I said no I was just trying to get out of the way he said I can park next to the other truck until they are ready for me

Just had 7 renewal by Andersen windows installed. Could not be happier! Everything and everyone was great. James the crew main guy was so nice told me how to operated them and to clean them ! They cleaned up everything! My house is an older home so the trim around the outside of the windows is wider than on a newer home and the trim they did on the outside is so nice! Highly recommend this company! You get what you pay for!

Last month I had renewal by Anderson replaced 11 windows in my house. It was cold and snowing. Nick and his crew were absolutely wonderful. Fabulous teamwork very respectful of the property, so efficient. Could not be more pleasant and courteous. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I could not be happier. I'm hoping to have Renewal By Anderson/Solvay Glass replace two doors and i hope that Nick and his wonderful crew including Sheldon will be the team for that replacement. Sheldon took time to show me exactly how to work the new windows. The design and efficiency of these windows is perfect. Thank you, Nick and your crew.

The process from the 1st phone call to RBA, to salesman, to measurements was flawless. Window were scheduled for 12 - 14 weeks out. To my pleasant surprise they were ready for installation weeks ahead of time! Chad and his crew were fast and efficient installers. They made very little disturbance in the living room and cleaned up with perfection. The crew demonstrated the workings of the windows and screens and answered all my questions. Highly recommended!

Contacted Renewal to replace a large bay window with a picture window and 2 double-hung units. Chad and Sheldon were terrific. Very professional and personable. Their work was professional and they cleaned up everything afterwards. I highly recommend Renewal.
