Terrible administrative and customer service. I have been in communication with this business to update my contact preferences, several times, and despite written confirmation from management that my file was updated, they continue to suffer from poor internal communication and administrative errors.

Had a nice experience dealing with Anderson Windows. Jim Hix, who came by to give me a quote, arrived on time. He was pleasant to talk to and gave me a lot of needed information about windows and the new Fibrex.

We are having a new front door put in. I know that they are very good. Peter Sprague was very helpful and it was a pleasure to have Peter work with us. He also gave us a great deal.we would ask for him in the future if we get any thing else done. Renewal by Andersen. Thank you Peter. Linda &Tedd Moyer
