Renewal by Anderson did an excellent job on our bay window. We are very pleased with the sales team, installation team and everyone in between. Everyone was very knowledgeable. And, kept us informed along the way. The windows were made and shipped faster than we expected. We didn't have to worry about discarding the old windows as they cleaned everything up. We will use again!

Their window are ok but they WILL NOT provide an itemized sales receipt for obtaining a tax credit. So if you’re promised a tax credit forget it. Demand an itemized quote before you accept anything. They won’t return calls or emails. Don’t worry about their sale expiring, there never was one. It will be the same price next week and next month. A sales gimmick,

Initial sales call not rushed, no pressure. Info and design ideas were good. Installation day (8 windows on 2 floors) went very well--crew had everything needed, cleaned up all spaces after installs (7 rooms) and explained care and use of new windows clearly at the end of the (long) day. Very happy with results from RBA. Next day follow-up from the office also thorough and reflected company's customer focus.
