Don’t expect much of quality, director of installations is a paper pusher who couldn’t change his light bulb if needed, installation manager is not the brightest, his work quality, let’s say I wouldn’t hire him to build mme a shed, so don’t expect quality, product is nice though

The installation of our new French Doors went well despites an issue that we did not know of until our old door was taken out. Anderson worked with us and a week later it was installed

Door to door salespeople look directly at my no soliciting sign before ringing the doorbell AND knocking. They don’t take “no” for an answer, especially from elderly neighbors, who eventually have to just close the door and walk away. They continue to solicit until 7 pm or later, when it’s dark. We will use another company if and when we need windows replaced.

This company had the nerve to go sneaking around my front windows after dark and then knock on my door to try to sell me new windows. There is no excuse to solicit after dark and be so pushy. ---Now 9 (12/2/2025) months later and still knocking on my door after dark and sneaking around my yard to inspect my windows before getting my permission. Your salespeople are overly aggressive.

They said a flyer advertising to my brother who's been dead for 10 years, to my house, one purchased 2 years ago. No chance I will ever give a company like this money from their vile marketing practices alone.
