The whole process was explained well from start to finish and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. The products look great after install and feels good knowing that our home is taken care of. They are expensive, but they have a lifetime warranty and you get good quality that will last. So its worth it.

We have been extremly happy with our RBA windows and just purchased our second batch along with a new front door and back patio door. The quality of their windows and doors is well above and beyond any of their competitors and we love the no pressure buying experience. Eveyone at RBA from the sales reps to the office staff to the installers are very friendly, professional, and food to work with. We highly recommend RBA if you are looking to buy new windows or doors that will last a lifetime.
