I contacted Renewal by Andersen regarding a single window replacement but ultimately canceled my appointment due to the sales process. From the beginning, there was a strong emphasis on having all homeowners present for the consultation. I explained that I was handling the project and declined to provide my husband’s name. Later, during the confirmation call, the representative already had his name and began discussing his availability and our relationship. While I understand that homeowner information may be available through public records, I found this intrusive given that I had specifically chosen not to provide it. When I mentioned that my husband might not be available because of work commitments, the representative attempted to reschedule the appointment to a time when both of us could attend. Although I understand that some companies prefer to have all decision-makers present, I felt the focus was more on the sales process than on my actual project. As a result, I decided to seek quotes from other companies and canceled the appointment. I cannot comment on the quality of their products or installation, but potential customers should be aware of the company’s approach to scheduling and homeowner participation requirements before booking a consultation.

Technician Eric was very professional and did an excellent job in a very timely matter.

Martin was courteous, personable, capable and knowledgeable. He explained and fixed what the issue was with the sliding glass door handle and lock, and the stickiness of the same door. He also fixed a small cosmetic issue door that dated from the installation but hadn't been addressed until now.
