Are Consultant was " Teddy Wong" he showed up on time, was very informative on the ANDERSEN product we we're inquiring about and after spending time with Teddy we knew that's who we wanted to have install our New Patio Door. Thank you very professional service.

They cancelled a prescheduled estimate by text on a Sunday for a Monday estimate meeting, simply because they wanted more information to be used in a high pressure sells technique. Instead of letting pricing and product win the bid. They wanted to use sells tricks is the only conclusion I can come too. Do not trust them. Keep in mind I called in and provided all the pertinent details prior.
