It's a no. It will always be a no. No one is allowed to harrass me this much. I know you exist. I do not need surprise mail, constant emails, things attached to my garbage can. You're at stalker level of engagement. I don't want anything to do with you nor will I ever.

Nearly all window frames scratched during the install. One window was scratched during or before install. Missing hardware for 3-4 windows had to wait few weeks for that. Screen latches didn’t work on few windows some were fixed on visit month after visit some still need replacement or repair. Rear door damaged prior to and during install. 2 months after install door has strong nauseous toxic-type of smell still. They originally scheduled 3-4 days for install of 12 windows and front and back door and did it in less than 10hrs so we can only assuming likely cause of scratches. Rear door lock is nearly impossible to engage takes several attempts to get door to actually lock. To top it off they are trying to charge us for installing windows even though we removed them from order. When you sign contract it appears product and install are 50-50 split and now they say it’s a 70-30 split, can’t provide us still after numerous requests with a break down of part and labor break down for each window and door we got we originally were getting 16 windows and 2 doors, we canceled 4 trapezoid windows because after 5 attempts of measuring we we’re not confident going forward with those windows and now they removed code of window they didn’t remove the labor and are trying to screw us. After install we were not comfortable with final paperwork displaying what we believe is inaccurate financial data displayed needed for sign/close out, they insisted we sign it and they would address and fix it after. We had our windows and doors installed 04-30-2026, still not resolved, hell the windows and doors aren’t even resolved. Would give 0 stars wouldn’t recommend to friends or family I wouldn’t even recommend them to enemies! Save your time and most importantly save your money, complete fraudulent company!

The sales person was knowledgeable and friendly, however the sales process was over an hour long and it wasn't until the last 15 minutes they even got to the price. I only needed 4 hopper windows replaced in our basement and they were charging over 10K with the "if you act today" price. I was floored as I had a private contractor replace all the other full size windows in our home (about 30) for under 15K total including windows, which work great. I replaced the 4 hopper windows myself and the total for windows and supplies was under $450 TOTAL from Home Depot, and about 4 hours of labor. I think people should know that the prices they are charging are astronomical for people that may not know any better.

Joel Simmons, the Anderson sales representative was professional and courteous. He took his time explaining all the features of the windows and made helpful suggestions when I hesitated while trying to decide on some design options. Cole Deering measured for our windows. He was very personable and went over the contract in detail again with Jim. He put the original contract beside the addendum and went over each item to satisfy my husband, who is very detail-oriented. He, like Joel,
