So far the experiences have been good. Derek was very knowledgeable and helpful in making some choices for our patio doors. Cole was very courteous and helpful as well and making some decisions while measuring. It will be a few months before installation takes place so I will update the review once that has happened and they are installed. The price was higher than what we thought it would be but then again these are custom made and we think will be much better quality and help the sale of the house in the future. UPDATE 10/11/2025: Our two doors have been installed and they did a beautiful job! I'm very pleased with the work! Ben was very good to work with when the door lock wasn't included. He sent out Anthony and Lee the next business day and they did an awesome job putting in the lock on the siding glass door. Thank you so much! UPDATE 05/28/2026 Matt Davis was our salesperson and did an excellent job of walking as replacing our front entry door and two large windows. Cole Deering was here today for measuring for the new install of our entry door and two double windows. He was awesome as usual to work with and very detailed. He explained everything very easily and clearly. We really appreciate the professionalism.
