On the expensive side but personally I think it was worth it! 💯 Considering we got 13 windows replaced, all completed in one day. Windows are excellent, backed by a great warranty and overall little to no issues. The only things that wasn't great was the fact we had our windows originally scheduled to be installed in early June. It rained the morning of, so had to reschedule (understandable right?). Well after about 3 reschedules we finally got em installed in early July (so about a month late).

We were very happy with our salesperson. She was knowledgeable, professional, and kind throughout the process. The installation was scheduled several months out, which we didn't prefer, but we understood we didn't have much choice. The installation crew spoke very little English, so I was unable to communicate with them. The only reason I wanted to was because it appeared there was a problem while they were installing our door from the kitchen to the garage. After the installers left, the doors seemed to work, except the garage entry door was supposed to have an auto-close feature and it didn't. Later, we discovered that the lock in the handle would allow the door to be opened even when it was in the locked position. I contacted the company to request service. The service technician who came to replace the hinges and repair the lock arrived without the correct parts. He brought three hinges, but each one was only half of a hinge assembly, making them unusable. He also wasn't aware of the lock issue, so I had to explain the problem myself. He was unable to repair the lock and couldn't tell us how or when it would be resolved. This showed a clear lack of communication within the company. Since then, I have contacted Renewal by Andersen twice over the past month to reschedule the repairs. During that time, we discovered yet another issue: the door is now hitting the frame when it closes. Considering the premium price we paid, we expected far better workmanship, quality control, and communication. Unfortunately, our experience after the sale has been extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Renewal by Andersen, nor would I choose them again.
