Chris mis-measured everything by 4 inches. Day of install when the product arrived and the mistake was discovered, rather than try and make it right they tried to convince us to remove a total of 8 inches from our headers. When a major structural change to the openings of our windows was declined they tried to say they could remove one of the headers and stack the windows on top of each other. Do not trust this company.

Dima and Alex did a superb job. They are expert carpenters for the trim and sills around the windows. Everything was covered to protect property. Total professionals at what they do. They took the time to do the little things that make the job look flawless!. They answered any and all questions we had. We are very with the job done.

These windows are high quality and operate easily. The installation was meticulously done! The team was very competent and worked efficiently. They communicated well. I am very pleased with the installation and the windows.

The material that these windows are constructed of is super high quality. The installers dismantled the original windows and installed the Anderson windows in impeccable time and efficiency. They were pros! I said I’m not sure about the price because only time will tell if they are worth the price. The quality seems to be the best material that I want in a low maintenance window but they are quite pricey. If the quality holds up over time, they will be a bargain. Time will tell but as far as customer service, product knowledge, installation pros and work efficiency, this company is great!
