My review is divided: Installation techs would get 4.5 stars. They did a great job, and made sure to walk me through how it works. They were very careful and respectful of my home with their drop cloths (the floor in that room was brand new, so it made me a little nervous). They also were very thorough with walking me through the paperwork and next steps. The Andersen administrative office, on the other hand? Not so generous. I was cancelled on twice before this installation, and correspondence to reschedule was sporadic. I was bounced around to various reps, some of whom did not present themselves very professionally in email correspondence. I did not at all feel prioritized, which would have helped me be more understanding. I understand things happen, but if you mess up with a particular client, resolving that client’s issue should be prioritized. Especially if you wish to have repeat business or referrals.

The installers were courteous and professional. They cleaned up any mess made and answered any questions. they showed me how to operate the new patio doors and windows. I am very satisfied with the work they did today! MBH

From meeting with Jodi Colegrove, we knew we were in good hands. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. There was never any pressure—just honest advice and a fair price. Our new patio door and windows were installed exactly when promised, and everything turned out just as described. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result.
