We had one of your salesmen come to our house unsolicited. Shame on you for bothering people at their homes. I told your salesman we were interested in new windows, which we were, but now have to find a different company as we do not give our money to businesses that use door to door tactics.

Christopher Dennis came out today and did final measurements. Very friendly. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!! Told me some information about the windows that my salesman did not know. Very helpful and answered every question I had for him. He explained what to expect moving forward and told me if I had any questions for him, to call him morning or night. Did not get this kind of service or follow-up from the salesman Jack Pudzis. Terrible customer service skills. If I hadn’t had the interaction with Christopher Dennis and Bill Moss, I would probably gone somewhere else. Both did a great job of keeping me in the loop and following up with me.

Installers were Top Notch! They installed the replacement windows & oak trim(casting). At a later date the patio door to be installed, casting stained & a top coat.
