My sales representative Nick was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough during this process. He made it a fun and easy process to build my door and get what I wanted and needed. Then Sam my installer was also very professional, efficient, and hardworking while getting my new door installed. His work was great quality snd would highly recommend him to install your door. Overall my experience with the Renewal team has been great and easy.

From consult through install, attention was given to provide information, answer questions, and provide accurate measurements and install. Our installers (Jim, Tom & Charlie) were friendly, courteous, professional, worked without wasting time and took great care to leave the work area clean. They also took the time to double check the windows after installation and made sure we knew how to operate them and were happy with the work. A field supervisor checked in to make sure the install was progressing successfully and to our satisfaction. The product seems to be of good quality. A top notch experience for us and our house looks great.

We are having a hard time with our Andersen doors. Everyone seems to be blowing us off and we’re getting frustrated over this whole thing. Our front door and back slider were installed in March. At that time, the interlock on the slider was broken and the front storm door was damaged. Andersen came back about 6 weeks later and fixed the problems, so we thought. After the storm door was installed we started to notice the door sticking and the screws were rubbing on the frame. So we called Andersen again and they did a video chat consult and ordered a new door for us and set another install date. That was in June. We called off work and stayed home waiting for them to show up and nobody called or showed up. We finally got ahold of Andersen and they blamed different departments on what happened. So fast forward to today, we set a new install date for today. The appointment was confirmed yesterday by Andersen. Today, they just called and said the door hasn’t even in stock and will need to reschedule once again. This was a very expensive purchase for us and we have had nothing but problems. And we will not be using Andersen in the future unfortunately.
