My elderly father recently decided to have my childhood home upgraded with windows. It started off well with the salesman but quickly cascaded into disappointment when the job actually started. With installation the first few days it seemed like they would actually be finished in the time they stated but then “truck” problems delayed the progress. Two weeks later and the windows are at least installed but siding and trim and screens are still not finished. The last 2 days 1 person has been here and seems to go missing for over an hour because they are “missing a tool”… This was definitely not the craftsmanship I thought my Dad would be receiving from this company at the price he is paying for all the windows in our house. The amount of effort it takes to install these windows you think they would be more respectful of where they place material.

My installer Chris was prompt and so respectful of my property. I would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen as they are worth the price! I no longer hear traffic or dogs barking and the windows stay cool on these sweltering summer days. The warranty will outlive me🤩
