we had new windows and a back door installed. the products are very expensive but nice. however, their installers need a lot more training. many of the windows were scratched and the caulking looked like my 7-year-old did it. our back door never had a proper seal. when they came to try to repair it they only made matters worse. we now have to hire someone to fix our back door. their customer service is awful. we regret using renewal and we would never use this company again.

The representives were outstanding. They listened to our needs and helped us make a good choice on windows. They answered questions and were patient to make we understood the product, and the process. The installers were amazing as well. If were need other windows that we have that may need to be replaced we will use renewal by Anderson. They made everything easy.
