We got our new windows installed and the followup service has all been excellent. We needed a replacement screen and John Michaelis came out and took care of it plus a couple of other things. He was very professional and we appreciated him. Renewal by anderson is a good company and will do you right.

We purchased and had windows installed about two years ago, and just had two more installed yesterday to finish the project at our home, 5 miles south of Spangle, WA. Our installers this time, Micah Roberts and Luis Gonzalez, were excellent. They arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. They kept the work area clean, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. The new windows look fantastic, fit perfectly, and operate smoothly — just like the ones from two years ago. It’s clear why we came back to the same company. On March 23 and 24, 2026, Anthony White and his crew, Scott Buchery, Evan Conwell and Austin Avery, arrived to install our windows and doors. The crew was very polite, offered to wear shoe covers and asked before using our “facilities”. They worked efficiently and quietly. It was clear they were experienced with installation and function of each product. Any questions or concerns we had were answered and addressed. There was damage to/issues with some of our products and when it was brought up, Anthony was already aware and assured us it would be noted in his after install report and taken care of. The Crew cleaned up any mess and hauled away trash and debris at the end of both install days. At the end of the second install day, they ensured windows and doors were clean and functioning properly. Anthony also took time to go over each product and discuss proper function and maintenance.
