At first I was hesitant to use a company that wasn't a mom and pop shop in town but this was a great experience. Salesman are salesman so I understand that push, however, after having my sliding door replaced (and customized) it has been more temperature regulated in my living room. I did have a pretty heavy draft come through about the center of the door and I called warranty department and they sent out John Michaelis to look at the problem and later come and fix the issue. Working with the warranty department was quick and easy and John has significant expertise in his scope of work. The issue was fixed through warranty, and the work was completed in a timely manner. If I need another exterior door or any windows replaced. I will be calling Renewal.

Both Anthony White and Scott Bucher did well on our new windows! They had great attitudes the whole time, helped keep me up to date the whole project, and were overall very nice people! I am extremely satisfied with how our new windows turned out.

This is the second time we have used Renewal by Anderson. The windows first and now the Front door. Both times we have had a great experience with the crews that showed up to do the work. Kyle B and Jared B were very professional and made sure we were happy with the product.

This is our second home to install Renewal By Andersons windows. We were pleasantly surprised they have even improved in their energy efficiency and functionality since the last time. But, to have two crews devoted to our project was above and beyond. Quentin, Evan C, Dustin L, Mize, Daniel F, and Marshall W understood all the challenges of installation on a 1901 home, offered creative solutions and executed a quality of work as if it was their own home. We could not be more satisfied with the experience. If you live in the greater Spokane area, use Renewal By Anderson! Quality of product and craftsmanship during install will exceed your expectations!

We had a sliding glass door replaced Feb. 13, 2026, by Micah Roberts and Luis Gonzalez. They did a fantastic job. We will only use Renewal by Andersen in the future. We would give a 10 rating for every step in the process.

This Andersen Service location was great, my project was completed ahead of schedule and everything went seamlessly. I would definitely suggest them!

NO WINDOW IS LESS THAN $3000. Don't schedule a "free consultation" unless you are ready to pay that the day of your appointment. Great windows, but overpriced and they really are just selling financing.

We had John M. Out to service our windows. He found the issue right away and is scheduling to come back for the repair. He was very informative. He also spent time with our slider, not original call, and showed us how to clean track and locking mechanism. Great experience with John and company. Bob S.

John Michaelis repaired the Yale lock on my beautiful Andersen door expertly. He was prompt, thorough, and courteous. Now the lock works and I’m happy!

Stop sending anything to my address. You think maybe if I wanted to get new ones maybe I might have called over a YEAR ago? Stop PLEASE
