The windows are great, the people were great, the installation was professional however, we ordered the windows in June to make sure they were here for the cold weather. Installation did not take place until the end of December. I’m happy with the people the product, and the installers but not pleased with the time it took to get them installed from When they were ordered

5+! They look fantastic. The whole process was outstanding. From estimate to installation was everything I expected. Winter? Not a problem. They had the windows out and replaced in minutes. Thank you Anderson and Western Products!

We wanted to keep the original trim. After the installation was complete the same look was retained except that we now have a beautiful door that glides smoothly and keeps the room noticibly warmer during these winter months. I was impressed with the skill and efficiency of Will, the installer.

I got a new double pane window. I noticed that there isn’t a handle for raising and lowering the top pane. To lower I’m often pressing on the rubber seal. To raise it up the only place to push is on the bevel (glazing). A handle or indentation would be helpful to raise and lower the window.
