I went and call the 1866 phone number to get an estimate on replacing one wondow. The receptionist by the name of Shelin was very puchy and rude. Wanted to set a day that was good for her and not for me. I thought I was at a dealer. This why businesses go down the drained due to poor customer service. I thought it was a scam. She was also asking personal questions about my home. BUT I DIDNT GAVE HER THE RIGHY INFO EITHER. BE AWARE! I BETTER GO WITH THE COMPETITION.

I will simply say the crew did a fantastic job. The wood trim looks great. No drywall re paper and the stucco came through fine. The windows are great and my cat did suffer a heart attack from the noise. All in all I could not ask for better.

Worst customer service I had an appointment and they no showed me because I was not the owner of the home, however my home I have been renting for years and I broke the window so I wanted to pay to fix it it has nothing to do with the owner……… lost a big business
