Horrible experience! The 1-day job took 3 weeks. The poor communication and disaster left behind made the experience even worse. I do not recommend this company to anyone, it is not worth it!

Job has not been done yet, this is Marlene de La rosa, the gentleman came to measure today, we are canceling job, he says you do not modify for our French doors, that was a question I asked if you took off the frame to do the the door , your manager said no problem I just called and spoke to Sam, he said he would transfer my message to the lead department, so I am waiting for a call, needless to say very disappointed
