I had an excellent experience with Andersen Renewal for my door installation. Thomas and his team were professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. They took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done right—not rushed. The installation itself was clean and precise, and the finished result looks fantastic. You can really tell they take pride in their workmanship. The team was respectful of my home, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and delivered exactly what was promised. I called two times and asked detailed questions. I wanted to make sure that they can make a certain size doors . Fiberglass , entry doors . I was told that they could manufacture, custom size and installed by them as well . ( she put me on hold to speak to a higher authority to gather all of the information) . I drove to the property that needed the doors to meet the sales person . After him measuring the existing doors that needed to be replaced, he discovered that their doors don’t come that size . They DO NOT do custom size of anything . They wasted my total 4 hours . And the price was double for lower quality product.( other companies offer steel inside the fiberglass theirs is wood ) Lower quality of a product , bad customer service, double the price .

This whole process was truly stellar from start to finish. it has been a few weeks since installation and i still can't get over the difference in view, sound and beauty. Thomas, Velgin, Eric, Jahmez, Aaron & Devon were simply incredible communicators, installers. The final proof was the rain a few weeks ago - no more condensation or cold air inside and the only sound that got through was the thunder. such a pleasure to pick what I hear and smell outside, makes the neighbors almost tolerable and easier than moving. America can produce exceptional products and show excellence with amazing employees that exemplify the Anderson brand Bravo!
