The technician that came over to my home was named Larry. He is a very experienced individual who really knows his stuff. Our experience with Renewal by Anderson was really great. From the salesman Greg, to the gentleman that came to measure the windows, who really measured them to 1/16”, to the team that installed our windows & doors, it was a painless experience. They were kind, courteous, knowledgeable, informative & cleaned up after themselves each day. We couldn’t have had better service. We would definitely use them again if we moved. Thank you.

Larry (technical measurement specialist) was extremely professional, demonstrated extensive technical knowledge & answered all my questions. He was very polite, friendly & represented Andersen very well. Our factory representative Robert Douglis (marketing) was a credit to Andersen & also displayed a breadth of expertise, was very polite, friendly & was great to work with. Miguel Larry's technical measurement assistant was great as well, very polite, equally friendly & also very professional. I would commend Andersen for having such terrific representatives visit my home & make the entire process operate smoothly & with precision to date. Andersen & its staff at this point in the process have made a very favorable impression & have earned my recommendation.
