I’m loving our doors and windows recently installed by Mark Hewes and Jason Kane. They did a great job with the installation. They were professional, polite, and very patient fielding all the questions from my 6yr old. They worked hard to get the job done on time.

Dana Pelletier Sr and crew did wonderful job on our windows explained to us when they took out the old ones that was not put in right, and told us how they should of be put in alot better ,this is way we had Renewal Anderson Windows replace our windows. I would give that crew 10 stars+.

Renewal by Andersen" Review January 16, 2026 Respectfully submitted by Eric Christiansen and Carol Phillips, Dresden, Maine From the initial thorough presentation we received from Design Consultant, Justin McLaughlin, followed by connecting with Signature Service Coordinators, Tammy Briggs and Amanda Olsen, followed by a visit by Paul Boynton, the Installation Supervisor, along with Tony, the Project Manager, and his Trainee Jakob, it has been quite an adventure for us. There is no "I" in the word "TEAM", and this project certainly needed teamwork to get our project to completion. We appreciate the efforts put forth by all. When we were notified our project was going to be postponed, from October to January, we were very disappointed and had a lot of anxiety, due to the potential that drastic weather differences may have occurred. However, our project was completed earlier than projected. Albeit, there were a few days of adverse weather, it was an impressive effort put forth by the installation crew. Eric and I are extremely pleased with the installation, so timely completed by John Jordan (Certified Installer), Andrew Blake, and John Bryant. They are a top-notch, professional crew and they should be considered a valuable asset to your company. It was a pleasure to have this crew in our home; they were friendly, respectful, and regularly communicated with us. From the first day, despite the terrible weather, they remained focused on delivering high-quality work, and they succeeded. They are clean-up pros for sure. You would never even know they were here. When you entrust contactors to work in your home, it's imperative you "connect" with them. It was instant with them. Their craftmanship reflected they are knowledgeable and competent. We not only had construction related conversations with them and also enjoyed lighter conversations, with them, as well. For a few of the days they were here, we provided home made hot lunches for them, for which they were very appreciative. We felt they deserved to eat a warm lunch in the comfort of our home, rather than outside, in the cold weather. Obviously, this was an substantial investment in this home and after all is said and done....it's proving to be worthwhile. The warranty on the windows is also very important. And the availability to have ongoing contact with the office staff, if we have any concerns or questions, is much appreciated. Our home now feels brighter, warmer (w/fuel cost savings), no more drafts, quieter, and more aesthetically appealing. Increasing the equity of the home is a positive aspect as well. Here, in beautiful Dresden, Maine, we are 436ft. above sea level. Many folks have expressed they feel we have a million dollar view....we can see Mount Washington, and the rest of the Presidential mountains, in NH, as well as many of the ski areas, from our front windows. Now, with the beautiful new picture window, it has given us a larger million dollar view. We are grateful. We will highly recommend "Renewal by Andersen", to our family and friends. Already, one of our friends (in South Bristol), who we suggested should call your company, did so, and he is also pleased with his completed project. i just had 7 windows put in by Renewal by Andersen two young gentlemen put them in their names are Josh N and Brandon R they are the best i would recommend them to everyone that wants windows put in or carpentry done thank you two again you did a great job they even cleaned their mess up

Amazing experience from in home consultation to installation! Consultant very passionate, explained everything! Great communication with staff after consultation to keep us updated on progress of order. Installation days were seamless. Installers MORE than amazing! Very pleased!
