I strongly suggest they get a new receptionist! we called to inquire about getting a quote for some windows and a doors and the lady on the phone was so rude and condescending clearly didn’t know the product either just kept repeating a list of services in an angry tone when asked for elaboration. Unfortunately we had heard good things about this company but due to the phone interaction we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I signed the documents because I had a payment commitment from Renewal By Andersen and so they could collect what they DID NOT EARN, not because I am pleased with the work they did, and I DO NOT CERTIFY that they did a good job on my house. This is the worst company I have ever hired to do my windows and doors. Any local, smaller company can do a better job than them! I do not recommend them; they are irresponsible and mediocre!

We regret that you feel our service did not meet your expectations. Our records indicate that the issue was with the screen track being too short. Due to thermal expansion during summer months, our screen tracks can run short. If the screen track were flush with the frame, thermal expansion could cause it to exceed the designed gap, leading to corner fit issues or warping of the screen track, resulting in operational problems. What wonderful service! Traveled 150 miles to our mountain cabin! They were timely and knowledgeable. The job was replacing all windows. Job complete and not a problem one! I strongly advise anyone thinking about replacing windows to call Renewal!! Ayanna was was our point of contact. This lady was on top of the comunication between us and the crew doing the removal and installation. Did I mention how clean they were? It was cleaner after they left than when they got there!! 100 % satisfaction👍

We just replaced all of our windows, our sliding glass door, and our front door. We were delighted with the quality and the beauty of the products. Our installers were craftsmen, and kept our house clean during the whole process. They were meticulous with the installation and the trim. We could not be more pleased.

Horrible experience and this business has been reported through the BBB also through the Attorney General Raul Torrez. My father who lives in another city who is control of all his own finances and facilities was given a visit for ONLY a quote. My father felt pressured and guilty and was forced to comply with a $35,000 purchase but thank God my dad had locked his own credit years ago due to a scam. So the finance could not go through. My Dad was very relieved and stated to Sebastian Bustos sales representative for Renewal by Anderson that he would not be moving forward and wanted to shop around before making any commitments. My father called me while this salesperson was still there to ask for the phone number to let me know about the quote and if I had the number for future reference on the credit locks. The salesperson preceding to convince me on his sale in order to convince my father to purchase another way because of the credit lock was explaining that this was a good price, I stated it wasn't. He then wanted to travel 2 hrs to my house ( where RbA is located) to bully me as well. He came in told me he knew better than I what was best for MY father. He argued, became aggressive so I asked him to leave and said I'm sorry this didn't work out for. In which he then told me to apologize to my dad. But it gets worse. He continued to push the sale that my dad specifically said no too. Which took 48hrs to fix. But it gets even worse. He then call Adult protective services on me because he could not make the sale. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. I do not control my father or any of his business/finances. No one should have to be bullied or retaliated against for saying no to a sale. NO IS NO. Sebastian Bustos needs to be fired with charges brought against him for taking advantage of my father. HORRIBLE.
