The process was positive from the initial meeting, the gentleman who came to measure, & for yesterday's installation. The process was clean w clear review of the windows' various features. The crew offered to help move furniture back & left everything clean with my knowledge of use & maintenance. I still need to leave my new CC # and I need to know where to send any extra payments.... contact and address. - Juanita J Lavadie

Windows look amazing. The 3 man team that installed my windows were respectful and polite. They showed up on time and worked continuously. The only suggestion I would have for them is to run a magnet across the ground all around the area during clean up. My daughter and I found quite a few staples from the boxes, screws, and nails from the nail gun. But other than that, they did great. 👍

The process has been trying. We ordered in late summer 25 and were told the windows and door would be in by the Christmas holiday season. That did not happen. We were scheduled for installation in January, and they said it would be done in a day. That did not happen, but the installation team was very kind. They scheduled another day, and the hardware for the door was missing. They came another day and installed the door, but the lock was announcing a factory message every time we opened it. We were also missing the screw covers on the door. I called to see if someone could come. It took weeks, and I had to call the service rep who originally did the scheduling. The screw covers were sent, and I installed them myself. Someone came, and the factory message had stopped by then. He said an employee who lived in the area would stop by and give us a manual (that they said we would get when they were installed). No one ever came. It is now June of 2026. I have no problem with the windows or doors, but the follow-up is horrible.

I had used Andersen previously in 2018 in my previous home and had been satisfied with the windows and their customer service. So when deciding to replace the windows in my new home, it was an easy decision to work with them again. Kyle Brouwer made the consultation and sales process easy and efficient. He helped us select the perfect windows for our home. The window installation team did a fantastic job and cleaned up their work areas so well its as if nothing happened, except we have great, energy efficient windows! I highly recommend the company and their teams.
