I had my doors installed a few months ago. The door expanded causing problems with shutting it. A tech came out and within 5 days it was giving me the same problem. I scheduled another service request and a tech named Wesley came out, fixed it and no issues! Wesley also came a week later to replace the storm door since the screen was off track when installed and I hadn’t noticed until the weather got nicer. Wesley was extremely professional, knowledgeable and considerate.

Buddy was awesome and quickly repaired our door. When he didn’t have all the parts he needed he went to the store and got them and came back to finish. He also brought treats for my pup :)

We had them install four new double-hung windows (to replace the old ones) and a new 6-foot sliding door to our back porch, also to replace the old door. Our experience was excellent in every respect. We were notified ahead of time when they would arrive, and they were very prompt. They brought everything they needed with them and were obviously very experienced (certainly "not their first rodeo!"). The crew of three technicians completed the entire job in about 3.5 hours and were done by noon. They took all the discarded old windows and other materials with them when they left and also vacuumed the floor where they worked. The windows are a huge (and welcome) improvement over the old contractor-grade windows we lived with for eight years. Same for the new sliding door; it's a major upgrade for us. I can't comment too much on the price, as we did not compare their prices to anyone else's. I believe we paid a fair price for a high quality product and excellent installation. We also plan to replace more windows as time and budget permit; they are very flexible and would even come out to do just one window if we asked. They also offer the same discount we received on our first job with them to any future work we request. We were very pleased and highly recommend them.
