Jim M. stopped out to the house today to look at my front door. The bottom left was rubbing and I saw light and felt a draft at the top left of the door, so I wanted to get it readjusted. He arrived early which is great, but I felt bad that I didn’t leave work early enough to catch him and not make him wait. He was really good about it though and I got home as soon as fast as I could. He did a wonderful job, was informative, friendly, and very thorough. He went out of his way to make sure all concerns were addressed before he left, trying some things to hopefully stop the issue from happening again and trying something else that no one had yet. It looks and acts correctly again and I’m very appreciative as this was the 2nd or 3rd time that I had to have someone readjust the front door. Before he left, he even shook the inside from mat off where he was working at, as of course it was a cold and rainy day. It was something he didn’t have to do, but just another thoughtful thing he went out of his way to do before leaving. Great repair tech, thank you so much for everything!

Service personnel Mr Buddy came to our home today to readjust our double front door. He came to readjust our front door. I have to say he is still one of the most professional and friendly service people we have ever dealt with. We like the way He always takes the time to explain how and why so it makes sense. I give him 5 stars+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great crew - they arrived on time, worked long hours to get my 11 windows and 1 slider replaced. They were very respectful of my property. Great communication from the initial consultation to the office providing me with status updates on my order were great. I highly recommend!
