I recently purchased a new sliding patio door. The installation was done very well. The exterior was not capped and began to warp from the weather. I called Anderson Windows, explained the issue and it was not a problem for them come out repair and cap the exposed trim The service was very professional and courteous He made the repairs and it looks like a new installation again. Thank you for the prompt scheduling and knowledgeable service tech.

First, Andersen Windows have a terrific product. 15 years after installation some of the weather stripping needed to be replaced. The Andersen team were easy to work re: appointments. Wes and Griffin were prompt and courteous, answered my questions and made the repairs skillfully and completely. Could not recommend them more.
