Window & Door Replacement in Monroeville, PA

Scott Brothers recently changed all our windows here in Upper St. Clair, PA. They were thorough from the time they came in for measurements. The price was also reasonable and installation was done quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend them.

Overall an absolute fantastic experience. From the sales representative and the concierge to the Installation team. They did everything they said they would do and on time. I cannot say enough good things about the installation team. On time, professional and left my house spotless. I would highly recommended Anderson to any one.

My installers were very good. Even tho they had to carry all the windows and materials up a steep drive in 90’+ temps on a 2 day job they were pleasant, timely and made sure everything was very clean when they finished. The finished product looked great.

***UPDATE*** It has been over three years now and Renewal by Andersen still has not fixed all the issues! Since my post two years ago, they still have not fixed the windows as promised. They stated they were going to wrap all of them, and have only done two of the four bay window areas! There are also two additional spots still needing wrapped as well! I have called countless times and keep getting the run around about someone will call me back in 48 hrs (told this about 10 plus times when no one ever calls back)! All I want is protection for the windows I paid for, and was promised would be done… Im worried about water damage to my house and siding! It’s been 3 years of possible water damage with all the holes and cracks on the siding of the windows.. The issue with the removable grilles all installed crooked was fixed by supergluing the metal tabs to the windows… This was after they came out and tried to figure out how to fix them 4 times.. Their best solution for removable grills was to super glue them… How does this make any sense?!?!? The tabs are now not removable!! I paid extra to get removable ones! This is not a fix!!! They claim to “honor their warranty”.. How is 3 years of trying to get the issues fixed “honoring” your warranty?? Nothing has been done in a “reasonable amount of time” or fixed under their warranty. Always band aids, attempt to fix but run into issues, countless broken parts shipped, missed appointments by Andersen (without calling or letting me know), not calling back to schedule, or actually fixing and honoring their warranty! 3 years is highly unacceptable! Not calling a customer back when promised is wrong! I’m still waiting for a callback to “schedule” the bay window wraps that were promised they would do…. ***Previous Post*** I previously left a very positive review (5 stars) after my windows and doors were installed. A while after we had all our windows and doors replaced, we noticed some minor issues. Some of the window grilles were installed crooked and our main foyer window grille was not keeping snapped in (they cut the wrong size; too big). After Andersen sent someone out to “fix” the grille alignments, nothing was fixed and are still crooked. The foyer window grille is still coming out. Now we are having issues with one of our doors not closing/ sealing correctly. We are also seeing a ton of areas outside where the caulking is not done right (holes between a ton of boards and some areas they forgot to caulk). We have reached out to point person for many months now and keep getting told their service dept will contact us…. They have not responded or called or emailed. We have sent 3 different emails with the same response and no service dept call back. I have also sent two requests to contact us on their website and still no response. This is beyond frustrating since we spent so much money and all this is happening in less than a year. It’s as if they are waiting for parts of their warranty to expire before responding. Just to be clear, their workers who installed the windows and doors were wonderful, professional, and very responsive. The customer service and after sales team are horrible. We went with Andersen due to their great reviews and customer service. Now it seems they don’t have any customer service since we gave them their money…

You can have the best product but if it isn't properly installed it is not so wonder. Adrian and his crew are much more than just installers. They are skilled craftsmen. The attention to detail was incredible. Watching them work was like watching a well oiled machine. Very respectful of property, excellent communication. Clean up was complete. If Adrian and crew are your installers you will have windows installed with evpertise.

The workers did not stop from the time they arrived till they left. They did an excellent job and left the areas they worked clean.
