Mike & Andy did a fantastic job on my window replacements! They were prompt, courteous, professional and are true craftsmen, ensuring a beautifully finished project. They encountered some unexpected sill rot but had materials on hand to complete the job on time and matched the existing siding color perfectly. I would definitely have them do any future work for me.

The whole process was seamless and came together wonderfully. We first met with Lance and he explained the process and helped us decide on the proper windows for our home. Lance was very kind and helpful. Scheduling went smoothly with Christina and she kept us up to date with any changes in the scheduling. The day of installation went perfectly. Serghei, Sergii and Sam were total professionals and craftsman. They changed out 9 windows in about 6 hours and the finish work is remarkable. They left us wood samples so we could try different stains which was very nice and cleaned up so well you could not tell they were here! We will recommend Renewal by Andersen to our families and friends.

We used Renewal for the second time and in a different home. Once again, we received a superior product and had exceptional installers. Frank and Brandon were great and kept me well informed of the install process. I could tell they enjoy working together and their craftsmanship is top notch. I will be requesting them for the remainder of the windows we install. Couldn’t be happier.

I had one consultation with Renewal by Andersen over a year ago. We ultimately chose a different company, but ever since then we've been flooded with aggressive, misleading marketing mailers—often designed to look like handwritten personal notes. They arrive so frequently that it's become a nuisance. Today I called the number on one of the mailers to ask that they stop. I was told they couldn't remove us because the mailers weren't addressed to a specific person—they were generic advertisements sent to our address. In other words, there was apparently no way to opt out. Based on this experience alone, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The relentless marketing has been frustrating, and we ultimately found a competitor that offered both better quality and a better price. If you value companies that respect your mailbox and your time, I'd suggest considering other options.

Incredibly disappointed by the poor communication when setting things up with Renewal by Anderson. We had an approved loan, a set date, and we had financial concerns and thought we would need to cancel. The person I spoke with stated we would have to contact our design rep to cancel. After talking with my spouse, we decided not to cancel and did not follow up with anyone since we were keeping things as scheduled. Come to find out on the day of that the person I originally expressed concerns to DID cancel us and reached out to our design rep on our behalf. This is the morning of - after we have taken down all our blinds and curtains, rearranged the house and finances to swing it, and took off work. And the person in charge of scheduling did not apologize or take any ownership. We would have just rescheduled if they had apologized. Instead, I don’t want to work with them in the future. At all.

My experience with Renewal by Anderson wad very good. Getting major things done to your home can be stressful but the installers made it easy. Love my new windows!
