Johnny did a great job at replacing the screen sliding door.
Johnny and Andy arrived when they said and immediately diagnosed the issue with the sliding glass door. They replaced a piece of the locking mechanism which significantly improved the locking and unlocking of the door. They also made adjustments to the sliding screen to ensure it locked properly. They removed the excess silicone and made sure there was no obstruction in the drainage holes of the sliding door. Johnny and Andy were very professional and courteous throughout the process of correcting everything. This was a great experience and they made sure I was pleased with everything before departing. Their standards are very high and they are to be commended for a job well done.

Daniil and Ruben installed around 13 large windows and one door on a Florida room in need of an upgrade. They did a fantastic job not only installing the windows, but also in all the trim work that needed to be done. The windows and now the room look great. They also cleaned up everything after they completed job. Place is spotless. I very much recommend this team and Andersen windows to anyone.

Our new Anderson entry door and sliding door looked good, but not great, due to trim pieces that had not been installed at the bottom of each unit. Johnny did an excellent job fabricating and installing two aluminum trim pieces to complete our door installs perfectly. He also adjusted the locking mechanism on our new entrance door and corrected an insulation fold over on the window unit. He completed the tasks quickly, and is very knowledgeable and professional. All of our Anderson products now look amazing and operate perfectly.

We had 2 amazing individuals for our install (Steve and Caleb). They were punctual, hard working, very professional behavior and courteous to both my wife and myself.Andersen windows are superb but your product is only as good as the people who install it and they fortunate to have these two brothers representing your company.

Both of the techs that assisted with cleaning up the broken glass and installing a new door was phenomenal. However, after paying a significant amount for this company and the warranty on the product - the hassle of getting anyone out to the home was excessive and unnecessary. My parent made the choice to use this company and paid the price for the product because my dad was sick and they needed to feel secure in their choice. My mom opened her door and the glass shattered to the inside of the home. Glass went everywhere. She reported the incident and was told that no one could come out to do anything until the replacement came in, as it had to be ordered. The glass was still partially in the frame and it continued to shatter every time she opened the door. Although she told the representative that it was a hazard to herself and her animals (it’s their only entry and exit for dogs to use) they declined sending anyone out to remove the broken door/glass. After 3 weeks, a lot of stress and postponed shipping date - I spoke with the representative on behalf of my mother on a Friday because she felt defeated. They advised me that it would Monday before anyone could come out to help remove the glass. The technician was absolutely amazing. So kind. He showed up and went to the extreme to make sure my mother and her animals were safe from any shards of leftover glass. Today, Tuesday, she was advised that the door had finally arrived - however, she was given a date in mid July to have the new door installed. While I absolutely understand delays in shipping and an overload of work, this company disregarded the safety of their customer - who had no options to get the entry of her home safe. Today, Tuesday, she was again feeling defeated and I spoke to the representative. We were then advised that it could be installed on June 30. I asked to speak to someone in management or a supervisor position because of all of the date changes, delays, and lack of initiative on the company’s part. Suddenly, they had an availability for same day installment within hours. The technician contacted me, very polite. Very understanding. On time. Kind. Installed the new glass and made sure she was taken care of. I would like to again, recognize how amazing the humans were who were face to face and did the work. We could not have asked for better people to show up and help! 10/10. The customer service and dismissal of safety of humans and animals in the home was 0/10. I feel like it is an understatement to say they dismissed and avoided helping until we asked to speak to a higher authority. I do not feel like anyone should have to wait 3+ weeks for glass to be removed from the broken product when it is under warranty and even the technician told us that they were never advised of the issue and had availability sooner! The compassion from these techs meant the world to our family. However, I cannot give this company as a whole very much credit on taking care of their responsibilities.
