Our house is 30 years old and the vinyl windows we installed 10 years ago are already failing. Les answered our request for an estimate and Dustin measured every window for a custom replacement. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail and answered the few questions we had. We have to wait a few weeks for the windows to be made here in US and then installed. We already know it will be great cause we found that Anderson has the best product and the best people.

While heavily medicated following knee replacement surgery I signed for 3 doors to be replaced. I signed on an IPad with only the line to sign on showing. Later I find out that I’m dealing with JLM Windows out of Tampa Fl. These people are ruthless and will not let me cancel my order even though the very fine print says that the job might not be done for 2 years or longer. I feel that I was taken advantage of while I was medicated and not thinking clearly. 34000. Dollars for three entry doors and I might have to pay in full before the doors are installed if it’s over 2 years or it’s 25% interest. Also the doors are not even Anderson doors. Summing this deal up , a bully company took advantage of an elderly medicated man and refuses to cancel the unfair deal. I’ve had to retain an attorney to fight them how crazy is that!! Do not trust this company.
